Store PoliciesAccepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Billing. Billing will be done at the time credit card information is given and a credit card transaction has been completed. Credit Card Charges and Order Fulfillment. Charges to credit cards and order fulfillment wil be based upon purchased product and wholesaler. This could take 3-5 Days. CANCELLATIONS. Orders must be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing order. If a cancellation is required please email contact-info@beautychildandhome.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject field. Cancellations not made within 24 Hourse may not be possible. Shipping Time. The wholesaler tries to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving orders. The customer could receive shipment within 5-7 days. Myler Company tries to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving order for our products. Customers could receive shipment within 5-7 days. During Christmas shipping could lengthen to 14 plus days.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise shipping will be by ground services and probably directly from the wholesaler to the customer. Myler Company will use ground service for shipping merchandise. Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area. Myler Company is not responsible for action committed with a purchase from our company. Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Please keep a copy of the noted freight bill if possible. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Check with Myler Company on the possibility of filing a damage shipment claim with the wholesaler. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at contact-info@beautychildandhome.com for instructions. In the subject field put "POSSIBLE MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT." Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. You must first have an authorization number. NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Return Merchandise Policy. Email our Return Department at contact-info@beautychildandhome.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject field. Permission for any returns MUST BE secured from our return department. Our company will then contact the wholesaler for the company's return permission and procedure. Depending upon the Wholesaler you have 30 days from purcahse for receiving refunds or credit. BEFORE you order check the Return Exception List or speical notes on the products concerning returns. Our Return Department will then send a Return Authorization Number with the return instructions. NO PACKAGES will be accepted WITHOUT a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: · All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). · Original packaging. · Original invoice or receipt.
Return Exception List ONCE YOU RECEIVE the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less a restocking fee. Myler Company has the discretion of a 15% restocking fee. ONCE A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED BY OUR RETURN DEPARTMENT YOU SHOULD:
WE CAN REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURN IS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.
